Our Purpose
Two-Way Futures, founded by Amanda Lynch and Brett Cowling, is a proudly majority Aboriginal-owned company leading the way in strengthening primary health and aged care services across rural and remote Aboriginal communities. Our team brings deep cultural knowledge, industry expertise, and a genuine commitment to creating better futures for Elders and the organisations that support them.
We deliver forward-thinking, culturally responsive solutions that combine innovative technology with new and effective models of care. Every service we provide is tailored with intention, ensuring it aligns with the unique cultural identity, priorities, and aspirations of each community we work alongside. Our mission is simple: to enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of Elders through care systems that truly work for them.
Our name reflects our core philosophy of two-way learning. For the Anangu people of the central deserts and in the Ngaanyatjarra languages of the Western Desert, this is known as the Malparara Way, a process grounded in collaboration, mutual respect, and shared knowledge. Guided by this approach, we build strong partnerships, walk alongside communities, and deliver meaningful, long-lasting outcomes.
