Our Team has worked extensively throughout Melanesia in primary healthcare strengthening, with a combined experience of more than 30 years across Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Papua New Guinea. Our Team has also supported post-disaster coordination efforts in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Solomon Islands, including the management of large-scale contracts valued at more than AUD $10 million per year. Members of our Team have held leadership and technical roles within UN Agencies as well as DFAT managing contractors and international non-government organisations, including World Vision International, bringing extensive experience in program delivery, partnership management, and community engagement across diverse settings. Our team has also been engaged directly by Pacific Country Governments.

While these projects and contracts were delivered through previous organisational roles, our Team members directly led and contributed to this work and bring that experience and regional knowledge into our current organisation. Through this work, we have developed strong working relationships with governments, local community organisations, NGOs, and development partners across the region. We are committed to collaborative partnerships and are open to partnering with organisations seeking experienced and culturally responsive teams to support and strengthen primary healthcare systems throughout the Indo-Pacific region. We are also committed to working directly with National Ministries of Health.
